- Where can I get the exhibitor prospectus?
- All vendors/ exhibitors who have been associated with a Core Knowledge conference in the past will be sent an exhibitor prospectus (PDF 502k). Other organizations and companies are also on our mailing list. If you would like to add your business to the mailing list, please contact

- Where and when will the conference and exhibit hall be located?
- Anaheim Marriott Hotel, Marquis Ballroom, Anaheim, CA, Nov. 20-22, 2008

- What are the hours of the exhibit hall?
- The hours of the exhibit hall vary from day to day beginning with set-up & registration on 11/19/2008. Please see the exhibitor prospectus for specific hours.

- How much does it cost to reserve a booth?
- Booth fees start at $850 for a standard booth and $650 for a nonprofit booth. We are also offering two new exhibitor options in 2008. Exhibitors now have the option to purchase a table for $700 or a prominent center isle booth starting at $1,275.

- What is included with an exhibit booth reservation?
- The following is included with an exhibit booth reservation:
- Perimeter draping around booth
- Carpeting in booth
- One skirted 6-foot table, 2 side chairs, ID sign, and a wastebasket
- Complimentary ad in the conference program
- Attendee mailing list
- Vendor Lounge

- Are there discounts available for travel and lodging?

- Who will be the conference general service contractor?
- Freeman will be the general service contractor. A Booth Service Kit with information on furniture rental and shipping will be mailed to all confirmed exhibitors in August, 2008.

- Can vendors/exhibitors present a session during the conference?
- Yes, vendors/exhibitors are offered the opportunity to present during the conference. The cost for each 75-minute session is $750. Please see the exhibitor prospectus for more specific information.

- Yes, please see the exhibitor prospectus to view the available floor plan.

- What is the deadline for exhibit booth reservations?
- The final registration deadline is August 15, 2008. Other deadlines apply to optional opportunities, please see the exhibitor prospectus (PDF 502k) for more information on those opportunities.

- What is the cancellation deadline for booth space and other promotional options?
- For cancellations occurring before June 30, 2008, a 50% refund will be issued. No refund will be issued for cancellations occurring after June 30, 2008.
